The lighting in the room was quite poor and made it difficult to work or read comfortably. the noise level was high, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We went for xmas but there wasn't any xmas decoration and the staff didn't speak English, but one of them tried really hard to communicate and it was very funny. The shared bathroom and onsen were really clean and relaxing. The art pieces were nice to look at, and the other guests were quiet and respectful.

The food served in the dining room was absolutely amazing and included a delicious selection of fresh seafood. Our tatami room was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect balance of comfort and authenticity. We also enjoyed wearing the yukata and visiting the onsens in the nearby area. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this ryokan.
